Kilometres for CCD celebrates wellness across Durham Region by encouraging participants to get out and get active while helping to raise funds to support Community Care Durham (CCD). This fundraising walk will be held on September 20th 2025

Kilometres for CCD is an event accessible to anyone in Durham Region wishing to raise funds to support CCD. All ages and abilities are welcome. The paved, accessible trail is 5km but participants can walk whatever distance they wish. 

A portion of funds raised will support wellness services for clients in across Durham Region such as WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness and more!  

For 48 years, Community Care Durham (CCD) have supported individuals living with chronic and complex needs and their caregivers as well as those seeking to maintain their wellbeing.
