Join us for a restorative morning of networking, reflection, and wellness as part of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Innovators Exchange Series.

This experience is designed to support women in business by creating space to slow down, reconnect, and prioritize well-being while building meaningful connections with fellow professionals and entrepreneurs.

The morning will begin with networking and conversation, followed by an engaging discussion led by Janine, founder of Soulful Connections, exploring the realities of burnout, overwhelm, and balancing business with wellness.

Participants will then be guided through a calming sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, designed to promote relaxation, reflection, and reconnection.

Attendees will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves and their business journey.
