• AGM Proceedings:
  The official Annual General Meeting is offered exclusively to members of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce at no cost.
• Fireside Chat:
  This portion of the event is a ticketed experience open to both members and non-members.

**Quorum Requirement:
A minimum of 25 members is required to proceed with the formal AGM. If you are unable to attend, please consider submitting a proxy.
