About

Installation puts the AI tool in place. Adoption puts it to work. ELA Consulting Services trains employees and managers at Canadian small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits to use AI in their jobs, so the business gets real value from it.

• Planning to bring AI in? ELA training runs alongside the install, so your team is ready at go-live.
• Already have AI and not seeing results? ELA finds what is blocking your people and fixes it. You get role-specific training for employees, alignment for managers and ongoing coaching.

An AI provider sets up the tool. ELA makes sure your people use it, then measures whether behaviour changed and shows you the proof.
