All ages and abilities are welcome. The paved\, accessible trail is 5km but participants can walk whatever distance they wish. A portion of funds raised will support wellness services for clients in across Durham Region such as WeConnect Mental Health and Wellness and more! For 48 years\, Community Care Durham (CCD) have supported individuals living with chronic and complex needs and their caregivers as well as those seeking to maintain their wellbeing.
